2. All subscriptions are billed on an automatically recurring basis. Memberships cannot be manually renewed.

3. If a direct debit from your account fails in the process of automatically renewing your subscription, a second attempt will be made a number of days later. If this second attempt fails, Jake O'Donnell Photography reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice.

4. In the event of technical difficulties from Wix.com which may temporarily restrict access to the Member's Only section, Jake O'Donnell Photography will not be held financially liable or obligated to refund.

5. Any saving or redistribution of the content contained within is a violation of copyright and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
